For both a flexible learning option and greater availability of topics, the School has partnered with NAR’s REALTOR® University to offer online Designation courses so that students have greater access to high level courses to both earn a Designation and take their career to the next level.

The availability of online courses provides licensees the flexibility of learning at their own pace. Students have access to online courses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Learning can be spread over several days if necessary. And most importantly, licensees participating in our online courses receive expert content on a number of different Designations.

Do these courses provide renewal credits? Not all online Designation courses have received continuing education approval from Pennsylvania. Consult the specific course page to identify whether a course offers 12-14 PA Real Estate license credit (or other state specific credits).
