Real Estate Construction

New home construction will always remain an option for the real estate consumer.  As a licensee, you must be able to provide a level of service towards these listings as you would toward a resale.

In this course, students will learn about construction terminology and laws. Aspects of construction will also be covered, such as; subdivision, development, architecture & design, estimating costs & bidding contracts, site preparation, building components & materials and mechanical systems. The construction process will also be addressed.

October 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, November 5th & 12th (six-day course); 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. each day
