Understanding the Contingencies in the Agreement of Sale

About

The goal of this class is to help the real estate licensee gain a better understanding of the contingencies, responsibilities and possible consequences of the contingencies for the consumer in the Agreement of Sale.  Student will:

  • Develop an understanding and knowledge of the contingencies in the Agreement of Sale.
  • Gain skill in identifying possible vulnerabilities and consequences for the consumer.
  • Understand what constitutes a breach of contract and what the outcomes might be.
  • Learn to avoid misunderstandings in regard to what the contingencies in the Agreement of Sale require and/or permit.
