Virtual Continuing Education: PA Required Education for Real Estate Licensees 2018-2020
This virtual course will fulfill the Real Estate Commission required continuing education for the 2018 to 2020 renewal cycle**. The requirement is that at least 1.5 hours of the required 14 hours of continuing education must be in the topic of Property Management as a real estate licensee and at least 2 hours must be in the topic of Advertising.
Objectives: Students who complete this course will be able to:
- identify the chain of command and supervisory requirements in real estate in Pennsylvania
- understand the relationship between broker and licensee when engaging in property management
- recognize the laws that apply to property management
- distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable advertising according to RELRA and Fair Housing
** Real Estate licensees in their first renewal are exempt from THIS required class. Licensees in their first renewal must take the prescribed first time renewal class.
