By joining the Suburban West REALTORS® Association, you not only become a member of the largest local REALTOR® Association in the state of Pennsylvania, but you join an organization whose goal is to provide cutting edge services and value so that our members can succeed in their real estate career.

Primary REALTOR® membership also means that you belong to the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. The three memberships combine to enhance your business and most importantly, your client’s needs!


Requirements for Becoming a REALTOR®

Prior to accessing and completing the application for membership, please keep in mind the following requirements:

  1. You must have an active Real Estate License and must present a copy of that license along with your application.
  2. The Designated REALTOR® of the office must belong to the Suburban West REALTORS® Association. If the Designated REALTOR® does not belong, you would either need for him/her to join the organization or you must consider joining the local organization to which he/she already belongs.

REALTOR® Membership Applications


Application for Primary REALTOR® Membership – If you never have been a REALTOR® member with Suburban West or another REALTOR® association.


Re-application for Primary REALTOR® Membership – If you were previously a REALTOR® member with Suburban West, Chester County Association of REALTORS®, Delaware Valley REALTOR® Association, Main Line Board of REALTORS® or the Delaware County Board of REALTORS®.


Application for Primary REALTOR® Membership (From Another Association) – If you were previously a REALTOR® member with another local REALTOR® organization.


Application for Secondary REALTOR® Membership – If you currently maintain primary REALTOR® membership in another local REALTOR® organization but are interested in secondary REALTOR® membership Suburban West.


Designated REALTOR® Applications

**NOTE: The following applications are for Brokers of Record, Associate Brokers, Proprietors OR Principals of real estate companies who would serve as Primary Member Representative for their respective firms. A Designated REALTOR® is required to establish an office in Suburban West REALTORS® Association’s membership.


Application for Primary Designated REALTOR® Membership – If you are the broker of record, associate broker, proprietor or principal for a real estate company and will be the responsible member for your company AND have never been a REALTOR® before.


Application for Primary Designated REALTOR® Membership (From REALTOR®) – If you are currently a REALTOR® member with Suburban West and are taking on the responsibility as broker of record, proprietor or principal for your real estate company and thus the primary member for your firm.


Re-application for Primary Designated REALTOR® Membership – If you were previously a Designated REALTOR® (or REALTOR®) member with Suburban West, Chester County Association of REALTORS®, Delaware Valley REALTORS® Association, Main Line Board of REALTORS® or the Delaware County Board of REALTORS®.


Application for Primary Designated REALTOR® Membership (From Another Association) – If you were previously a Designated REALTOR® (or REALTOR®) member with another local REALTOR® organization.


Application for Secondary Designated REALTOR® Membership – If you currently maintain primary Designated REALTOR® membership in another local REALTOR® organization but are interested in secondary Designated REALTOR® membership in Suburban West.
